Client's Words

Client's Words

“As a women business leader in Baltimore, when it was time to sell our building and find a new space, I contacted commercial real estate expert Terri Harrington. Terri and I have served on boards together and crossed paths many times in our networking circles. I have always been impressed by her industry knowledge, commitment to helping others, and her passion for giving back to the community where we live and work. Terri achieved all of my business goals and helped The Daily Record preserve our 129-history while moving into modern, beautiful space.”

Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, Publisher, The Daily Record

“As a private non-profit whose goal is to invest in our community through programs and services and in our employees by providing them a safe and professional work environment, I turned to Terri Harrington to help in our search for a new “work home” as our previous lease was expiring. Terri listened to what we needed, identified multiple and affordable options, and served as our advocate in negotiating fair and reasonable terms for our office move. As is true with moving into a new home, the process of an office move is stressful – Terri created a trusting relationship, was responsive to our needs, delivered exceptional customer service, and still “checks in” to make sure we are satisfied today as when we were when she helped us with the move.”

A. Barnett, CEO/President, Baltimore Business Bureau

“In the spring of 2017, Art with a Heart was referred to Terri Harrington as its nine year lease was expiring in December 2017. We tasked Terri with either working a deal with the Landlord or helping the organization to relocate to new, suitable space. Terri diligently worked at both efforts, never compromising her time or energy. She was patient, motivated and professional. Moving is a big undertaking for anyone and given her vast experience, Terri was well versed in educating us in things we did not know or may not have thought about during the process. Thanks to Terri’s unrelenting efforts, Art with a Heart found a new, wonderful home in October 2017 and moved into its new space eight weeks later in December 2017. We credit Terri with getting a great deal done for Art with a Heart and we are forever grateful!”
